Ultrasound cleaning gently removes all residues

EPSa ultrasound cleaning thoroughly removes soldering pastes and liquid residue from all your assembled circuit boards. This ensures reliable operation with a low error rate. For maintenance work too, EPSa’s ultrasound cleaning offers important advantages: it frees electronic components and individual mechanical parts from grease, processing residues and dirt, in an ISO class 5 clean room if required.

Coating protects

EPSa coatings with multiple-component protective varnishes and resins protect your modules and ensure a longer lifespan. Here too, you will benefit from our excellent technical equipment and high level of flexibility in our work. We varnish with pinpoint precision and can observe any areas designated by you to be kept free from varnish.

Modern convection ovens for drying and tempering produce particularly robust varnish coatings. We varnish flat modules in our dip coating plant along the whole surface or selectively, using protective varnishes and reaction resins. Coating with the nano coating varnish Certonal fulfils particularly stringent requirements. This coating is just right for humid environments, high temperature stress or dust.
